After you place an order, expert to receive an email from us confirming. After your item is packaged, you'll receive another email with your UPS tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment.

Shipping times vary for each item. Typically, we ship within 2 days, but in some cases, it may take up to 10 days. In some instances, an item may be on back-order. Expect longer shipping times on items that are "made to order".

Tournament gifting suite gift cards have a 1 year expiration date from the start of the event.

On the back of your gift card, you'll find a unique discount code. Apply this code at checkout. Please note that it can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Your gifting suite gift card is only applicable for items within your tournament’s gifting suite.
